COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
for Seniors and more
Our goal is to provide a variety of programs to seniors (ages 55+) around Dufferin County
in an accessible and barrier-free format. Most of the programs listed below are open to all ages.
We strive to help each other maintain good health and mental wellness as we provide a space for
sharing experiences, inviting speakers in and being together in fun, social, and meaningful ways.
Programs and leadership are run by, organized or led by seniors for seniors
with some help from our honorary senior, Rev. Janet Jones.
We are always open to hearing what participants and inquirers are looking for as our programs grow.
