365 Days of Prayer: June 29 - July 5, 2026

6/29/2026

June 29, 2026
“I rejoice in the Lord greatly that now at last you have revived your concern for me;” (Philippians 4:10)
Welcoming God, in a world where we are all trying to survive, help us to look beyond ourselves. What if none of us worried about ourselves and only for others? How would the world be changed? How would we be changed? God, grant us the courage to step out of our box and to try something new. Help us to remember we all have something going on and we are the ones who can make or break someone’s spirit. Help us be lifters and cheerleaders in our world. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

“indeed, you were concerned for me, but had no opportunity to show it.” (Philippians 4:10b)
Promise-Keeping God, help us to make time to show people we care for them. Guide us in the ways to do it. Nudge us to with your strength and courage to share heartfelt words, especially when they don’t come easily or naturally to us. Thank you for the gift of language (spoken and embodied) that we can show people we care and/or to share our light with them. God, help us to be bearers of goodness, kindness, and compassion in all our days. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

“Not that I referring to being in need;” (Philippians 4:11a)
God of truth and healing, we carry a history that is not light. Teach us to face what has been hidden and to honour what has been harmed. Make us honest enough to listen and brave enough to change. Do not let us rush past grief. Hold us steady as we learn what it means to live differently together. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

July 2, 2026
“for I have learned to be content with whatever I have.” (Philippians 4:11b)
Steady God, we are surrounded by wanting. Teach us contentment that is not shallow or fake. Slow our restless hearts and free us from comparison. Show us how to receive each day without grasping at more. Shape us into people who can live with enough. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

July 3, 2026
“I know what it is to have little, and I know what it is to have plenty.” (Philippians 4:12a)
God of every season, we do not stay in one place for long. Sometimes we have plenty, sometimes we do not. Keep us from pride when life is full and from despair when it is not. Teach us to recognize you in both. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

July 4, 2026
“In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being well-fed and of going hungry, of having plenty and of being in need.” (Philippians 4:12b)
Christ who strengthens, we stop pretending we can do everything alone. Give us courage for what is in front of us today. Strength where we are weak, clarity where we are confused, and endurance where we are tired. Let your strength carry what ours cannot. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

July 5, 2026
“I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)
Christ who strengthens, we stop pretending we can do everything alone. Give us courage for what is in front of us today. Strength where we are weak, clarity where we are confused, and endurance where we are tired. Let your strength carry what ours cannot. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
